Known Issues

Workaround is to add the router IP address ( default is 192.168.1.1 ) to the TCP/IP WINS tab.
· PPPoE on demand connection may not start until multiple packets are sent
· WEB UI acts weird after a firmware upgrade. The fix is to follow the standard home router upgrade procedure and after a firmware upgrade, reset the router to factory default.

· After a router reboot, the client PC may fail to retrieve IP address via DHCP. The workaround is either reboot the PC or use IPCONFIG /RENEW to retrieve the new IP address
· FTP access from WAN or Internet is not READ ONLY if the FTP setting is READ/WRITE. The workaround is to set up a different FTP account as READ ONLY.
· Editing the FTP access entry or creating a new entry will cause intermittent failure in FTP log in. Workaround is to edit the FTP access entry and re-enter the password field.
